I NETCUSTODIAN - BORN OF NECESSITY!

NetCustodian© was a creation born of necessity -the necessity of placing the power of “website editing” into the hands of someone, a rare visionary, who (among his many great and varied gifts) could somehow find trouble resetting the clock on a microwave oven!

Several years ago here at Peachtree Media Incorporated, Norm Plunkett, our company’s beloved founder, CEO, (and owner of many perpetually blinking microwave clocks over the years), began a personal interest website as a hobby.   This site became known as “Norm’s Ramblins” and came to feature a mixture of old-time radio, nostalgia, news oddities, humor, travel, and inspiration pieces among its ever-changing palate of colors.  (Try www.normsradio.com to see what we mean!)

As the site and its demands for more frequent updates grew, PMI’s graphic communications and computer specialists, Jared Ponchot and Brent Laminack, began developing a program; powerful enough to provide instantaneous edits and updates to all the website’s content, yet simple enough for even Norm to handle! 

The results of this program were so successful, we all soon realized the potential it had to help anyone maintain and update a really great-looking website themselves… without the costs and wait-times involved with a web master.   Norm loved it, and we did too!

And so the idea for NetCustodian© was born.
