INETCUSTODIAN LEGAL INFORMATION

NetCustodian© is a web-based server side software that is not sold or licensed to its users. It is a service and therefore needs no licensing or redistribution agreement with its users.

I USER & SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT

NetCustodian© may be used without limitation by customers under contract for its service. NetCustodian© may be accessed on any machine with internet access and does not require special liscensing or access privelages on a "per user" basis. Therefore users are entitled to use NetCustodian© for their contracted web site from anywhere they wish to with no limitations. NetCustodian© provides no guarantee of user competence and, although it claims "user friendliness" it does so with a certain amount of assumed user knowlege. User knowledge is anticipated to be that of the average computer user and includes the ability to use a computer to access the internet and navigate the internet. It also assumes the user has a level of literacy adequate for such purposes and makes no guarantees regarding ease of use for users outside of these assumed requirements.
